Return & Refund Policy

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, I’m happy to issue a full refund upon request.

Once the order has shipped, refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive defective or incorrect. If this applies to your order, please contact info@sillvi.com within 7 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

The manufacturer will review the case and provide a solution based on their findings.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to incorrect size, color, or shipping information provided at checkout. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
